Your appointment availability determines when clients can book you.
Only make times available when you expect to be able to accept appointments.
Set your regular schedule #
Open your Haircut Now appointment settings and find your availability or schedule.
For each working day:
- Choose the days you accept appointments.
- Enter your available start time.
- Enter your available end time.
- Save your schedule.
For example, if you accept appointments Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, set those as your regular available hours.
Keep your availability accurate #
Your schedule directly affects what clients see.
If you know you will not be available, update your schedule or block that time before a client books it.
Keeping your availability accurate reduces cancellations and scheduling conflicts.
