How to Know When It’s Your Turn #

After checking in, use the business’s public Walk-In Manager queue to follow your place in line.

Watch your position #

The queue may show your name and the number of clients ahead of you. As other clients are served or leave, your position will move forward.

When a team member is ready #

When an eligible team member accepts your walk-in, the business will begin moving you into service. Stay nearby and pay attention to staff so you do not miss your turn.

Walk-In Manager does not require clients to install an app to wait in the queue.

What if I step away? #

If you need to leave the immediate waiting area, check with the business first. If staff cannot locate you when it is time to serve you, the business may need to remove you from the active queue so other waiting clients can be served.

Are wait times exact? #

No. Queue position is the best indicator of your progress, but actual wait time can change based on service length, staff availability, and scheduled appointments.
