How to Add and Assign Services in Shop Bookings

Package requirement: Shop Bookings is included only with Shop Complete.

Set up the services customers can book with each provider.

Add a service #

1. Open Booking → Services.
2. Choose the correct Team member.
3. Under Add service, enter Name, Price, and Minutes.
4. Enter a non-negative price and a duration in 15-minute increments, starting at 15 minutes.
5. Select Add service and wait for Saved.

Assign a service #

Review the service list for the selected provider. Each service shows Assigned or Not assigned.

Choose Assign to make the service part of that provider’s offerings. Choose Unassign to remove that assignment. Recheck the selected team member before making changes.

Check customer availability #

Confirm the service is active, the provider’s booking is on, and weekly hours are saved. Open the public booking page to verify the service and available times.

Shop Booking service assignments are managed separately from Walk-In Manager service eligibility.
