Start by Searching for Barbers Near You #
Visit Haircut Now and search by your city or location to see nearby barbers and barbershops.
Review each listing for helpful information such as:
- Location
- Photos
- Services
- Business details
- Contact information
- Booking options
- Same-day request availability
Because each barber manages their own schedule, being listed does not automatically mean the barber is available today. Look for a same-day request option or contact the barber using the methods shown on the listing.
Look for the Same-Day Request Button #
Some barber profiles display a button that allows clients to submit a same-day haircut request.
This button appears when the listing owner has enabled the Accepts Same-Day Requests option on their directory profile.
Selecting the button does not guarantee that a particular barber will accept the request. It allows you to begin the same-day request process and connect with eligible barbers who may be available.
Use the Haircut Now App #
The Haircut Now app is designed to help clients find barbers available today.
Instead of contacting several barbers individually, you can submit one same-day request through the app. Haircut Now then sends the request to eligible registered barbers near your location.
Any eligible non-mobile barber with the app may receive the request, even if you started from a specific directory listing. The barber must still be available and choose to accept it.
What Information Do You Provide? #
When creating a same-day request, you select from the services and prices established by Haircut Now.
All requests are for the current day. You cannot choose a future appointment date.
Before submitting, review the service, price, location, and other request details carefully.
What Happens After You Submit a Request? #
After you submit your request:
- Haircut Now sends it to eligible nearby barbers.
- Available barbers can review the request.
- A barber or multiple barbers may choose to accept it.
- Once you receive a reply or replies, you can view the barber(s) reviews, photo gallery, and distance from your inputted location
A request is not confirmed until a barber accepts it.
Same-day availability depends on participating barbers near you, the requested service, your location, and the time of day.
How Far Away Are the Barbers? #
Haircut Now generally sends same-day requests to eligible barbers within approximately 15 miles of the client.
Your results may vary depending on your location. Areas with more participating barbers are more likely to have faster responses and more same-day options.
Make sure your location information is accurate before submitting the request. We do not share your address with our barbers
Can I Choose a Specific Barber? #
Yes. When using the Haircut Now directory, you can browse barber profiles, compare their information, and choose a specific barber to contact or book with using the options available on that barber’s listing.
The same-day request feature works differently. If you submit a same-day request from a listing, the request is not automatically reserved for that specific barber. It may also be sent to other eligible nearby barbers so an available barber can accept it as quickly as possible.
Use the directory’s regular booking or contact options when you want to select a particular barber. Use a same-day request when finding an available barber today is more important than choosing a specific person.
Can Mobile Barbers Accept Same-Day Requests? #
No. Mobile barbers are not eligible to receive or accept Haircut Now same-day requests.
Same-day requests are sent only to eligible non-mobile barbers registered with the Haircut Now app. However, you can choose a mobile barber from our directory
How Payment Works #
The client pays a $10 deposit through Haircut Now when submitting a same-day request.
The remaining service balance is paid to the barber according to the appointment instructions.
For example, for a $40 service:
- $10 is paid through Haircut Now.
- The remaining $30 is paid to the barber.
Do not pay the Haircut Now deposit a second time after a barber accepts your request; this is a deposit, not a fee or service charge.
What If No Barber Accepts? #
Same-day appointments are based on actual barber availability and are not guaranteed.
A request may remain unanswered when:
- Few participating barbers are nearby.
- Barbers are already fully booked.
- The request is submitted late in the day.
- No eligible barber is available for the selected service.
- Your location is outside the active service area.
Submitting earlier in the day may improve your chance of finding a barber available today.

To improve your results:
- Submit your request as early as possible.
- Confirm that your location is accurate.
- Keep your phone nearby for updates.
- Review the service before submitting.
- Respond promptly after a barber accepts.
- Be ready to travel to the confirmed barbershop location.
Same-Day Requests and Regular Appointments Are Different #
A same-day request is intended for clients who need a haircut today. It is separate from scheduling a future appointment through a barber’s booking calendar.
Use a same-day request when timing is your main priority. Use regular booking when you want a specific barber, date, or appointment time in the future.

- Browse local barber listings and look for the same-day request option.
- Use the Haircut Now app to send one request to eligible nearby barbers.
Availability is not guaranteed, but Haircut Now can reduce the time spent searching, calling, and checking multiple booking platforms when you need a barber today.
