Haircut Now Biz App: Barber Getting Started Guide

AI Doc Summarizer Doc Summary

Haircut Now Biz is the barber app for same-day opportunities and connected business tools. Haircut Now’s client app is for customers; Haircut Now Shops handles shop operations such as walk-ins and booth rent.

1. Install the barber app #

Use Haircut Now Biz for iPhone or Haircut Now Biz for Android.

Screen names and available controls can vary by app version, account connection, and plan. Use the matching option shown in your app; if it is missing, check for an available update or use the linked website workflow.

2. Choose the right account path #

  • Already registered with Biz: use your existing phone number and password.
  • Own a Marketplace listing but have not joined Biz: use Connect my existing listing when available and verify ownership.
  • Completely new barber: choose the new Biz account registration option and complete the verification prompts.
  • Card-only user: the Digital Barber Card sign-in opens Card access; it does not register you as a Biz barber.

Do not create a second account just because an existing listing or Card is not visible.

3. Complete My Business #

Save your workplace address and experience, add a profile photo, and add haircut gallery photos or choose to add them later. Preview your saved profile and finish setup.

Profile setup and verified Marketplace ownership are separate steps.

4. Learn the four main areas #

  • Today: same-day requests, same-day appointments, and notifications.
  • Schedule: your connected appointment calendar, with a separate Same-Day route.
  • My Business: profile, photos, Marketplace listing, and available Card/product tools.
  • Account: account settings, help, and sign-out options.

5. Prepare to receive requests #

Allow notifications, verify your workplace information, and review request details before responding. Same-day opportunities depend on nearby demand and account eligibility; they are not guaranteed.

6. Set up scheduled booking #

For eligible connected appointment access, configure services, prices, working hours, breaks, and time off. Check your public listing’s booking experience.

Keep each workflow distinct #

Marketplace bookings, same-day requests, and Walk-In Manager check-ins use different workflows. Follow the controls for the appointment type you are handling.
