Can I choose when clients can book me? #

Yes. Your regular appointment availability determines the times clients can select.

Will I know when someone books? #

Yes. Haircut Now can send new-appointment notifications by email and text.

Does the client receive confirmation? #

Yes. Clients receive appointment confirmation and can also receive reminders.

Does Haircut Now collect the haircut payment? #

For appointments configured for direct payment, the client pays you directly at the appointment.

Can I connect Google Calendar? #

Yes. Calendar integration can help you coordinate your Haircut Now appointments with the rest of your schedule.

Can Free Listings accept appointments? #

No. Haircut Now appointment booking is available with eligible paid listings.

Are appointments the same as Same-Day Requests? #

No. They are separate features. Regular appointments allow clients to choose you and reserve an available appointment time. Same-Day Requests are designed to help clients find eligible barbers for service today.
