Only make times available when you expect to be able to accept appointments. ### [Set your regular schedule](https://haircutnow.com/docs/how-to-set-up-appointments-on-your-haircut-now-listing/) Open your Haircut Now appointment settings and find your availability or schedule. For each working day: 1. Choose the days you accept appointments. 2. Enter your available start time. 3. Enter your available end time. 4. Save your schedule. For example, if you accept appointments Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, set those as your regular available hours. ### Keep your availability accurate Your schedule directly affects what clients see. If you know you will not be available, update your schedule or block that time before a client books it. Keeping your availability accurate reduces cancellations and scheduling conflicts. ![](https://haircutnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Availability-days.png) ## Related Posts [![](https://haircutnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/fa1abbf8-56e0-44de-bf6f-89bcfbb94edc-150x150.webp)](https://haircutnow.com/docs/how-to-set-up-appointments-on-your-haircut-now-listing/) ### [How to Set Up Appointments on Your Haircut Now Listing](https://haircutnow.com/docs/how-to-set-up-appointments-on-your-haircut-now-listing/) Before clients can book you, you should complete your appointment setup.
