Haircut Now online appointments and same-day requests use different workflows.
Online appointments #
Clients select a provider, choose a service, and reserve an available time through the listing. The time may be today or a future date. The provider sets the regular booking services, prices, and availability.
Premium individual listings provide this public booking feature. Shop team bookings are included with Shop Complete.
Same-day requests #
Clients submit a request for today. Eligible participating nearby barbers can respond, and the client follows the selection and confirmation steps shown in the app.
Haircut Now determines the service and price choices offered in the same-day request flow. Mobile barbers are not eligible for these requests.
Keep the workflows separate #
Changing weekly booking hours does not act as a same-day request availability switch. A request response is not the same as a confirmed calendar appointment.
