Package requirement: Shop Bookings is included only with Shop Complete.
A booking team member must be connected to the correct Haircut Now account.
Before you begin #
The person must be an active member of your business and, where required, assigned to the shop location. Have their correct Haircut Now member UUID available. If you do not know it, ask support to help identify the account.
Add a linked team member #
- Open Booking → Team.
- Under Add linked team member, enter Member UUID.
- Enter Display name and an optional Phone.
- Select Add team member.
- Confirm the team member appears as Haircut Now linked.
Link an existing booking provider #
If the provider already appears with Needs member link, enter the correct Member UUID beside that provider and choose Link. Check existing providers before adding another record.
Names, phone numbers, and email addresses do not substitute for the required account link.
Finish setup #
Turn booking on, assign the provider’s services, and save their weekly hours. Linking an account alone does not complete these steps.
If a link fails, verify active business membership and the account identifier. Ask support for help with conflicting or incorrect links.
