Haircut Now appointment booking is a paid listing feature.
If you downgrade your listing to a Free Listing, clients will no longer see the appointment booking feature on your public listing.
Your Haircut Now listing itself can remain active under the Free plan, but the appointment functionality will no longer be available.
Before downgrading, review any future appointments already on your calendar and make sure you understand how you plan to manage those clients.
If you later upgrade to an eligible paid listing again, appointment access can be restored.
