What comes with a free claimed individual listing?
A free claimed listing includes a searchable profile, a private manual appointment calendar, the free Haircut Now Biz app, profile and work photos, business and contact information, specialty tags, client reviews, Same-Day Request eligibility for qualifying barbers, and a Basic Digital Barber Card for eligible claimed listings.
Are Digital Barber Cards included in shop plans?
No. Digital Barber Cards belong to individual barbers and their individual plans. An eligible claimed individual Haircut Now listing includes a Basic card, and any individual barber can choose Barber Card Pro. Shop plans and Shop Complete do not include team cards.
What is the difference between Same-Day Requests and Walk-In Manager?
Same-Day Requests help an eligible individual barber connect with a nearby Haircut Now client who wants an appointment today. Walk-In Manager helps a barbershop or salon fairly distribute clients who arrive at that shop. One helps source a potential client; the other manages the shop’s existing walk-in line.
Does Booth Rental Manager collect or process booth rent?
No. Booth Rental Manager tracks what should be paid and records what was received. Renters can continue paying through cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Square, or the methods the shop already accepts. The software organizes the agreement, balance, payment record, credits, corrections, and late fees.
