Haircut Now appointment booking reserves the client’s appointment with you.
For appointments where payment is collected directly by the barber, Haircut Now does not collect the displayed service price from the client during booking.
The client pays you directly at the appointment using the payment methods you normally accept.
For example, if your Haircut Now service is listed as $40, the appointment confirmation will show the $40 service price, but payment is made directly to you at the appointment.
You are responsible for collecting payment from the client.
This applies to regular appointment bookings. For same-day appointments, the client pays a $10 deposit when booking and pays the remaining service balance when they arrive at the shop. The deposit counts toward the service price, so there is no additional fee for using Haircut Now. For example, a $40 haircut is $10 at booking plus $30 at the shop, for $40 total.
