No monthly same-day subscription.
Receiving a request does not obligate you to take it. Respond when it fits your day.
$10 referral fee per awarded appointment. The client pays a $10 deposit toward the service total. Haircut Now retains that deposit, and the client pays you the remaining balance.
Same-day requests are separate from regular Premium online bookings. There is no ongoing referral commission on future appointments the client books directly with you outside the same-day app.

Do my clients have to download an app to book?
No. Clients can open your Premium listing in their phone or computer browser, choose a service and available time, and complete the booking online.
What is the difference between Free and Premium?
Free gives you a public listing, a private manual appointment calendar, a Basic Digital Barber Card after claiming, and the Biz app. Premium adds client self-booking, service and availability settings, reminders, more photos, enhanced visibility and an external booking-link option.
Can I add appointments myself on the Free plan?
Yes. Free and Premium barbers can enter appointments into their private manual calendar. Premium is needed when you want clients to book available times themselves online.
Can I keep using Booksy, theCut or another booking service?
Yes. Premium can display an external booking link, so you can keep your current system while using Haircut Now for visibility. Appointments made in another service do not automatically sync into Haircut Now.
Is the free Digital Barber Card the same as Barber Card Pro?
No. Your eligible claimed individual listing includes Basic. Basic lets clients save your contact details, call, text, email and share your card. With an eligible Premium individual listing, it can also link to your Haircut Now booking page. Pro is an optional separate subscription.
Are same-day referrals covered by my Premium subscription?
No. Same-day requests are separate from regular online bookings. There is no monthly fee for receiving eligible requests, but a $10 referral fee applies per awarded appointment. The client’s $10 deposit is retained by Haircut Now; the remaining service balance is paid directly to you.
Does this replace a full barbershop management system?
It is designed around an individual barber’s listing and appointments. If you need team-wide booking, booth rent tracking or walk-in distribution, explore Haircut Now’s separate shop products.
How do I get started if my listing already exists?
Find your existing listing and claim it rather than creating a duplicate. If you already own it, sign in to manage your listing and choose an upgrade when you are ready for online booking.
