Choose the sign-in route that matches the account you already have.
Existing Biz barber #
- Open Haircut Now Biz.
- Enter your registered phone number and password.
- Choose Login.
- Confirm your profile and business are correct.
Use Forgot password if needed. Follow the verification steps rather than creating another barber account.
If the app specifically says you need to set up a password, use its password-setup or reset route. A website password and a Biz phone/password login are not automatically interchangeable.
New barber #
Choose Sign Up or New barber? Create a Haircut Now Biz account, depending on your version. Enter the requested details, complete phone verification, and continue to My Business setup.
Existing Marketplace listing owner #
If you own a listing but do not have Biz access, use Connect my existing listing when shown. This flow verifies the website account and listing before creating Biz credentials.
If you already have a Biz account, sign in to that account first and use its connection tools.
Digital Barber Card-only access #
Sign in to your Digital Barber Card opens the connected Haircut Now sign-in flow. Card-only access may show My Card / Products / Account instead of the four Biz tabs.
A Card-only login does not itself activate same-day barber access.
Wrong account opens in the browser #
Check which Haircut Now account the browser is using. Use the offered account-switch or restart option and sign in with the account linked to your Biz profile.
Never share your password or verification code with support or another user.
