What Happens If You Leave Before Your Turn? #
If you decide not to wait for service, let a team member know before leaving whenever possible.
The business will mark you as Walked Out #
Staff can mark a waiting client as Walked Out when the client leaves before receiving service. This removes the client from the active waiting list and helps the business keep its queue and reports accurate.
Being marked Walked Out does not mean a service was completed. It simply records that you left before being served.
What if I leave without telling anyone? #
If staff determine that you are no longer waiting, they may remove you from the active queue. Walk-In Manager can also clear stale waiting entries after an extended period so old check-ins do not remain in the queue indefinitely.
What if I come back later? #
If your original check-in has already been removed, check in again at the kiosk. Your new check-in will be treated as a new place in the current waiting list.
Can I save my place while I leave? #
Do not assume your place will be held if you leave the business. Ask staff before stepping away, especially when you are close to the front of the queue.
