Public online booking is available with eligible Premium individual Haircut Now listings. Your listing must be claimed, connected to the correct account, and set up with bookable services and availability.
Individual barbers #
Open My Appointments while signed in to the listing owner’s account. Premium provides the relevant appointment, client, service, and availability tools.
Free listings #
Free listings do not display public online booking. Their private manual calendar is a separate feature; seeing an Appointments tab does not mean customers can book online.
Shop teams #
Team booking for a shop is included only with Shop Complete. Use the Shop Bookings guides for that workflow.
Getting started #
Review current plans and follow the Premium booking setup guide. If an active eligible package shows locked features, verify the account and listing connection before purchasing again.
