How to Check In for a Walk-In #
Walk-In Manager makes it easy to join a business’s walk-in waiting list without creating an account or downloading an app.
Check in at the kiosk #
- Go to the business’s Walk-In Manager kiosk.
- Enter your name as requested on the screen.
- Submit your check-in.
- Confirm that you appear on the waiting list.
Your check-in places you in the business’s current walk-in queue. The screen may also show how many clients are ahead of you.
While you wait #
Stay close enough to hear or see when staff are ready for you. You can check the public queue for your current position when it is available.
Scheduled appointments and changes in staff availability can affect the actual wait time, so the number ahead of you is a better guide than an exact time estimate.
If no team members are available #
If nobody is currently checked in or available to take walk-ins, the kiosk will tell you that no team members are available. Some businesses may also display a booking option you can use instead.
Do I need the Haircut Now app? #
No. Client walk-in check-in is handled through the business’s kiosk and does not require you to install an app or create a Walk-In Manager account.
