Barber Card Pro includes activity totals in the Last 30 days section of your card manager.
Available activity #
- Card views: recorded views of the public card.
- QR link visits: visits through the QR code link.
- Contact downloads: contact-file downloads.
- Booking clicks: clicks on the booking action.
- Call clicks, Text clicks, and Email clicks: use of those contact actions.
- Share clicks: use of the tracked sharing actions.
What the totals mean #
These are activity counts, not a confirmed count of new customers or completed appointments. A download does not prove that a contact was saved. A call, message, booking, or share click does not prove that the next action was completed.
Use the totals to compare how people interact with your card, alongside your actual appointment records.
If analytics are missing #
Check that the manager shows Pro. Basic cards do not display the Pro analytics panel. If access has just changed, reload the manager after the subscription update is reflected.
