Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations #

If a client cancels an app appointment at least one hour before a scheduled same-day appointment, the $10 deposit is refunded to the client.

If a client cancels less than one hour before the appointment, the deposit may not be refunded.

No-Shows #

Barbers are not compensated for client no-shows. The $10 deposit is not passed along to the barber if the client fails to appear.

Barber Cancellations #

Once a barber accepts a request, they should not cancel. Please do not accept any requests unless you are sure you can service the client at the requested time.

Repeat Appointments #

Clients cannot book follow-up appointments through Haircut Now — they must contact the barber directly for future visits. Haircut Now does not manage existing clientele; all clients referred through the platform are new to each barber.
