Haircut Now allows barbers, barbershops, salon professionals, barber supply stores, grooming brands, and beauty supply retailers to sell approved grooming products, barber tools, hardware, and branded merchandise directly to customers.

Our marketplace is designed to support real professionals and legitimate businesses operating within the United States. At this time, Haircut Now only accepts vendors located in the United States. International vendor applications will not be approved.

To maintain quality, trust, and reliability across the platform, the following requirements apply to all vendors:

• All products must be physically stocked and controlled by the vendor
• Drop shipping from third-party suppliers is not permitted
• Grooming products that have been opened are non-returnable
• Hardware items may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging
• All product listings are subject to review and approval

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Vendor Application & Approval Process

After submitting your vendor application, our team will review the information provided to ensure it meets Haircut Now marketplace standards.

During the review process, we may verify:

• Business type and industry relevance
• Business address and operational location
• Product categories and fulfillment methods
• Confirmation that products are physically stocked by the vendor

Additional verification steps may include email verification, Stripe account connection for payments, and manual review by our team.

Applications that meet our standards are typically approved within 1–3 business days. If additional information is needed, we may contact you before making a final decision.

Applications that do not meet our marketplace requirements may be declined.
