Haircut Now’s Walk-In Manager helps participating shops manage walk-in customers, queues, staff availability, and service assignments.
Depending on how a shop uses Walk-In Manager, we may collect or process:

In these circumstances, certain information may be provided to Haircut Now by the shop rather than directly by the individual.

Some Haircut Now Services use location information to provide location-dependent functionality.

We do not require precise location for every Haircut Now feature.
When mobile-device location permission is required, users may control that permission through their device settings. Disabling location access may prevent certain location-dependent features from functioning properly.
Haircut Now does not use precise location solely for advertising purposes.
6. BOOTH RENTAL MANAGER INFORMATION
Haircut Now’s Booth Rental Manager allows participating shop owners and managers to administer booth, chair, suite, or similar rental arrangements.

The Digital Barber Card allows professionals to create and share a digital professional profile.

Haircut Now provides technology used by independent barbers, professionals, and businesses.
These businesses and professionals may collect or maintain information about their clients independently of Haircut Now.
For example, a shop may enter information into Walk-In Manager or Booth Rental Manager or maintain its own customer, payment, or employee records.
Haircut Now is not responsible for information that an independent business collects or processes entirely outside the Haircut Now Services.
Users should contact the applicable shop or professional regarding privacy questions concerning independently maintained records.
29. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Haircut Now’s accounts and business-management Services are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization.
Adults may use Haircut Now to schedule services for children. In such circumstances, account and booking information should be provided by the parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
If we learn that personal information has been collected directly from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

39. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is not a single universally accepted technical standard for responding to all Do Not Track signals, our Services may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, Haircut Now will process such signals as required by applicable law.
