Is there a charge to use this service?
There is no charge for clients to use Haircut Now. You can download the app, put up a haircut request, and receive responses from barbers without any cost. Once you choose a barber we will require a $10 deposit to secure your appointment but the deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service. Barbers also do not incur any upfront fees to join the platform. The only payment involved is the cost of the haircut or service you agree upon with the barber. This ensures a seamless and cost-effective experience for both clients and barbers.
Can I pay Haircut Now for my complete services?
No, Haircut Now does not process payments for haircut services directly through the platform. Payment arrangements are made directly between the client and the barber. Once you pay your $10 deposit and you and the barber agree on the service and price, you can complete the payment using the method preferred by the barber, such as cash, card, or other payment apps. This approach ensures flexibility and convenience for both parties.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients can cancel their appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time by using our in-app chat feature to notify the barber. To request a refund for your $10 deposit, please also email us at support@haircutnow.com

How far out can I schedule an appointment?
Haircut Now is a same-day appointment service so all appointments must be scheduled for the same-day of the request.ย
Is my $10 deposit deducted from the final cost of the service?
Yes, when you arrive at the barbershop all you’re expected to pay is the balance.ย
What forms of payment does the barber accept?
Haircut Now does not control the payment methods accepted by our preferred barbers. Please use the in-app chat feature to ask your barber which forms of payment are acceptable for the balance.
Is a $10 deposit require for each person when I book multiple people at once?

If you didn’t receive any replies from barbers after putting up a request, there could be a few reasons for this:
