--- title: Understanding Biz Product Access, Premium, and Haircut Now Shops description: Understand separate product access and where to manage barber versus shop tools. url: "https://haircutnow.com/docs/understanding-biz-product-access-premium-and-haircut-now-shops/" updated: "2026-10-27" category: Barber Guide / Haircut Now Biz App tags: - Getting Started --- # Understanding Biz Product Access, Premium, and Haircut Now Shops Open **My Business → Haircut Now Products** when available to see connected products and available upgrades. ## Marketplace listing and Premium A free listing and Premium Marketplace access are different states. Premium booking and management actions appear only when your account has the required access. Use **Upgrade to Premium** when shown to review the current offer and checkout terms. Check the displayed price, billing period, and trial terms before purchasing. Do not purchase a second subscription merely because an existing plan is missing from the app. Verify the account connection first. ## Digital Barber Card Basic and Pro Card access are separate from Marketplace plan access. Check the Card’s own state rather than assuming one paid product activates another. ## Same-Day Same-Day access belongs to a registered eligible Biz barber account. A Card-only login or product-discovery screen does not register a barber. Premium Marketplace is not a guarantee of same-day requests. ## Shop products Walk-In Manager, Booth Rental Manager, Shop Operations, and Shop Complete may appear as products to explore. Their operational workflows are in Haircut Now Shops, not the individual Biz calendar. Use the shop product’s own guide for team check-in, rent management, or shop-wide booking administration. ## Access unavailable A temporary connection error is different from a plan requirement. Read the message, check the account, and retry. Contact support if a product you already own remains unavailable.
