# How to View and Add Shop Booking Appointments

**Package requirement:** Shop Bookings is included only with **Shop Complete**.

Use **Appointments** to review and add bookings for a selected provider.

## View appointments

1. Open **Booking → Appointments**.
2. Choose **Team member**.
3. Review the client, service, and start time shown for each appointment.

The current web list loads a limited window: roughly the previous seven days through the next 55 days. An empty list does not prove that no bookings exist outside that range.

## Add an appointment

1. Under **Add appointment**, enter the **Service ID** for the intended service.
2. Enter **Client name**, plus phone or email as available.
3. Enter **Start time** using the format requested on the form.
4. Add **Private notes** if needed.
5. Choose **Add appointment** and wait for **Saved.**
6. Confirm the appointment appears for the correct provider, service, and time.

The current start-time field expects an ISO date and time with the shop’s UTC offset, such as `2026-10-02T14:00:00-05:00`. Use the offset that applies to the shop on the appointment date; do not copy the example offset for every booking.

If you do not know the correct Service ID or time offset, ask support before saving. If a conflict appears, refresh and choose another available time.
