An empty Today screen does not necessarily mean notifications are broken. ## Check the account and app Use Haircut Now Biz and sign in to your barber account. Card-only access is not the operational Biz request screen. Check for an available app update and reopen the app after installing it. ## Allow notifications Open your phone’s settings for Haircut Now Biz and allow notifications. Review sound, lock-screen, Focus/Do Not Disturb, and battery/background restrictions if alerts are silent or delayed. Also review any notification controls available inside the app. Keep internet access available and remain signed into the intended account. ## Check workplace information Review **My Business → Workplace and experience** and your saved service address. Incorrect location information can affect nearby matching. Same-day requests are for eligible barbers serving clients at their business location; mobile barbers are not eligible for this request service. ## A notification opens an expired request Requests are time-sensitive. By the time you open an alert, the request may have expired, been cancelled, or moved forward with another barber. Refresh Today and use the current request status. Do not expect an old alert to reserve the request. ## No nearby demand If your account and notifications are working but no clients nearby have requested a service, there may be nothing to display. Completing profile setup or purchasing Premium does not guarantee requests. ## Still not working Contact support with your phone model, app version, account phone/email, approximate incident time, and whether a request appeared inside the app without a notification. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Walk-In Manager’s Enable alerts and device-verification process is a separate product workflow.
